Institutions that prepay for the site subscription option can send 2 pharmacists to all 9 sessions offered. The sessions offered in the fall of 2018 will be:
August 14; ROTATION PLANNING ACPE#0097-0000-18-017-L04-P
How do you prepare? The purpose of this program is to give an overview of what to consider when developing a meaningful rotation experience for student and resident learners.
September 19; AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT ACPE#0097-0000-18-018-L04-P
Learning happens in every experience and interaction. This program provides an opportunity to identify how to make rotation activities more impactful for student and resident learning.
October 11; FORMATIVE, SUMMATIVE, and EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK ACPE#0097-0000-18-019-L04-P
Feedback traverses the gap between performance and expectation. The purpose of this program is to identify how to use assessment and feedback to maximize learner development.
November 6; INTERACTING WITH A NEW GENERATION ACPE#0097-0000-18-020-L04-P
IPPEs, and APPEs, and residents...oh my! The transition from Millennial learners to a new generation is about to happen. The purpose of this session is to review their similarities, differences, and what to account for with your instructional styles.
All sessions are taught by Daniel Longyhore, PharmD, MS, BCACP
Sessions will be held from 2-4 PM (2 hours, .2 CEUS) on the Wilkes University campus.

The Nesbitt School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Successful completion requires evaluation of each session attended. The evaluation form must be completed and returned at the conclusion of the program.
